The problem

Who opens the door when you are 2,000 km away?

You own a home here and visit two or three times a year. Meanwhile the boiler engineer needs to get in, a parcel arrives with nobody to sign for it, the community reports a damp patch — or you would simply like to know that everything is still fine after a storm.

Sorting that out from another country means asking a neighbour for favours, handing your keys to someone you barely know, or booking a flight. Conecta Keys exists so that you don't have to do any of the three.

Key custody

We keep a set of your keys in a safe, labelled with a code and never with an address. Every access is logged with the date, time and reason.

Access for tradespeople

We let in and accompany the plumber, the electrician, the air-conditioning engineer or your insurance loss adjuster. You need neither to be here nor to leave keys with anyone.

Parcel collection

We take delivery of the orders you place from your home country and leave them inside your property, waiting for you when you arrive.

Property check

If you or your alarm receiving centre let us know, we go to the property to check how it is and report back to you the same day, with photographs.

Written report

After every visit you receive a short report with what we saw and did, with photographs. No phone tag, no chasing anyone.

Coordination

We speak on your behalf to the community of owners, your insurer or your alarm receiving centre, and pass on whatever you need to know.

We let a tradesperson into the property while the owner is away

Your local friend

Beyond the keys, we are the person here you can simply ask. We will recommend a plumber, an electrician, a cleaning company, a gardener, an accountant, a doctor or a restaurant — people we already know and stand behind. And we take care of the small errands that are impossible from another country: leaving the fridge stocked with the basics before you land, dropping a key at the locksmith, waiting for a delivery or taking a document round to the community office. You do not have to worry about a thing: ask on WhatsApp and we sort it out.

Fees

Straightforward, like everything we do

  1. We sign the keyholding agreement

    A simple document in which you set out what we may do and who we may give access to. You hand over one set of keys and everything is in writing.

  2. You get in touch whenever you need us

    A WhatsApp, an email or a call. We take care of it and confirm when we will be there.

  3. We report back with photos

    The same day you receive a report on what happened at your property. If we had to stay longer, it is invoiced separately from the annual fee.

What this service is — and what it is not

Conecta Keys is a key custody, access management and visual check service. We act as your local point of contact, always at your request.

It is not a private security service under Spanish Law 5/2014, and it does not replace your alarm receiving centre. If we find signs of a break-in on arrival, we do not go in: we call the police, wait outside and inform you immediately.

From €120 / year + VAT
Paid annually in advance, the equivalent of €10 a month. One invoice a year, no monthly direct debits.

Visits are charged separately, based on how often we need to go to your property and how long we stay: €35 + VAT per hour. Whatever the reason — letting a tradesperson in, taking a delivery, checking the house or running an errand for you — we bill the time, and every visit includes its photo report. Travel outside our area, by arrangement.
Free of charge while your property is for sale with us. If you instruct us to sell, the keyholding service costs you nothing.
